Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the operational efficiency of our refrigerated transportation fleet, supervising routes and resolving incidents to achieve service excellence. We are committed to continuously pursuing excellence across all our services, with nationwide coverage and exports to the United States. *Position Objective:* Ensure the operational efficiency of the vehicle fleet by supervising and monitoring routes, adherence to schedules, resolving incidents, and collaborating in the implementation of monitoring systems. *Responsibilities:* **Transportation Planning and Management:** Route design, vehicle assignment, and cargo consolidation. **Monitoring and Tracking:** Real-time tracking of vehicles and cargo (GPS), ensuring compliance with loading and delivery timelines. **Vendor Management:** Hiring and evaluation of carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring service-level agreements. **Administrative Control:** Cost management, report generation, invoicing, and maintaining system records. **Problem Solving:** Resolving on-route incidents and serving internal/external customers. **Documentation:** Managing waybills, invoices, and, for import/export operations, ensuring all documentation is compliant. Requirements: * Familiarity with routes: Mexico City – Monterrey – Guadalajara * Knowledge of vehicle performance metrics * Average monitoring of 25\-30 units * Knowledge of traffic laws * Telephone support to drivers * Geofence creation on tracking platforms * Knowledge of security protocols (engine shutdown / theft) * Mirror account creation * Two years of experience in vehicle monitoring departments ***Work Location: San Julián, Ver.*** ***.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Transportation coordination: 3 years (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
