At **SEPIVER S.A. de C.V.**, a leading private security company and part of the **DUXON** group, we are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to manage our technological infrastructure and provide comprehensive support to our end users. **Location:** Corporate office. **Contract Type:** Permanent. **Monthly Salary:** $13,000\.00\. **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in similar roles involving technical support and system administration. * **Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technologies, or related field. **Key Skills:** * Ability to self-manage and prepare daily reports. * Pedagogical skills for end-user training. * Focus on information security and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * **Technical Support:** Provide technical assistance to users to resolve hardware, software, and network incidents. * **Asset Management:** Oversee and administer hardware and software inventory, from acquisition through to disposal of obsolete equipment. * **Network and Systems Administration:** Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and operating systems to ensure service availability. * **Cybersecurity:** Implement protective measures against malware, viruses, and potential data breaches. * **Monitoring:** Track weekly/monthly performance indicators and prepare management reports. **Required Technical Competencies** * Configuration and maintenance of networking devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls). * Server and operating system administration. * IT inventory management. * Knowledge of cybersecurity. **Why Join SEPIVER?** You will become part of a professional environment under a robust **Management System** (ISO), where your work will directly impact the operational efficiency and security of a company with nationwide presence. **Application:** Interested candidates meeting the profile requirements are kindly requested to send their updated CV to **subgerencia.cdo@sepiver.com.mx**, with the subject line **IT and Technical Support Manager**.
