




**Position Objective** Ensure the proper management and administrative control of Human Resources processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and maintaining up-to-date documentation and personnel records, in order to contribute to the department's operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * **Manage incident reports**, as well as vacation, leave, hires and terminations registration with IMSS, ensuring that all employee administrative movements are updated and properly documented. * **Create and manage employment contracts** in accordance with current legislation and company internal policies. * **Coordinate the performance evaluation process**, collecting information and feedback to support continuous staff improvement. * **Manage internal communications** related to events, birthdays, work anniversaries, and distribution groups, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant information. * **Implement endomarketing initiatives** that strengthen organizational culture, values, tenure recognition, and employee motivation. * **Update the Human Resources key performance indicators dashboard** and maintain control of physical and digital employee files. * **Update the department's monthly activity calendar**, ensuring organized and timely follow-up of tasks. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Education: **Accounting, Administration, or related field**. * Proficiency in **Office software suite** and intermediate-level **Excel** skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, ethical, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately. **We Offer** * Salary: $9,000 to $10,000 per month. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs; Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
