Position Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Assistant for a residential condominium, responsible for inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of facilities and units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts daily inspections and responds to maintenance requests 2. Repairs plumbing, electrical, and security systems 3. Maintains common areas, sprinkler systems, and trash containers General Maintenance Assistant for a residential condominium performing the following duties: Inspect all community spaces daily to identify issues. Respond to tenants’ maintenance service requests. Repair plumbing, electrical, and security systems in tenants’ units as needed. Ensure parking areas and sidewalks remain clear. Maintain the sprinkler system and trash containers on-site. Evaluate the performance of appliances located within units. Provide tenants with advice and guidance regarding apartment maintenance and respond to property manager requests.
