




Collaborate with the Executive Chef in supervising, controlling, and managing the kitchen department, as well as the personnel, operations, and cleanliness of the area, thereby achieving high standards of quality, hygiene, flavor, and presentation of dishes served at the hotel. In addition, coordinate and supervise the various activities of Stewards across the hotel's different dining venues, as well as events held at the hotel in coordination with the Executive Chef, as determined by the sales department.
