Professional development and career growth **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team:** **TAX ACCOUNTANT** Provide accurate and timely accounting information in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and corporate controller guidelines to support plaza-level decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure accounting records are up-to-date, reliable, and enable management and third parties to make informed decisions. * Ensure, through periodic reviews, that contractors’ REPSE responsibilities remain in order. * Ensure the recording process carried out in the department is completed within established timelines to guarantee timely delivery of information. * Ensure necessary resources are available so payments to third parties and internal customers occur within required timeframes, maintaining the service they provide to the company. * Support the smooth operation of the system for executing accounting records accurately and on time, as well as the proper handling of financial information. * Support administration and tracking of reimbursements and cancellations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role * REPSE compliance and employer obligations management * Experience in accounting recordkeeping * Experience in general accounting * Experience in inventory control, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable * Attitude * Proactive * Flexible availability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and career growth * Training programs
