Tidal Energy, SA de CV is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Objective: Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring correct handling, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining inventory control and compliance with logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise product reception, storage, and dispatch. * Control inventory (receipts, shipments, cycle counts, and physical counts). * Coordinate warehouse staff (task assignment, scheduling, and performance management). * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Verify that orders are prepared correctly and on time. * Manage incidents (shortages, damages, picking errors). * Optimize space and processes within the warehouse. * Prepare inventory and operational performance reports. * Coordinate with departments such as procurement, logistics, and operations. * Familiarity with the SAE system. * Knowledge of tools. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree (a bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, or related field is preferred). * Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. * Knowledge: * Inventory control * System operation * Logistics and supply chain * Safety standards Salary: $9,269.11 – $20,063.73 per month Work Location: On-site employment
