




**OBJECTIVE:** Provide support to operational areas to ensure efficiency in personnel tasks, supervising employee performance and behavior. Maintain and implement cordial communication that promotes positive labor relations between both parties. Likewise, document events as they occur and verify compliance with the Collective Labor Agreement, the Federal Labor Law, and the Internal Work Regulations. **SKILLS:** * Leadership and team supervision. * Effective and assertive communication with operational staff. * Conflict resolution and negotiation with unions or internal personnel. * Organization and planning of activities and reports. * Decision-making and critical thinking in complex labor situations. * Ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. * Working under pressure and results-oriented. * Availability to rotate shifts. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Management of labor conflicts and application of disciplinary measures. * Labor contracts, collective agreements, and union negotiations. * Application of disciplinary measures and resolution of labor conflicts. * Preparation of labor relations reports and indicators. * Proficiency in Office software applications. **ACTIVITIES:** * Supervise compliance with labor policies and internal procedures by personnel. * Coordinate and follow up on employee incidents such as absences, disabilities, permissions, and labor conflicts. * Manage the implementation of disciplinary measures according to the Internal Work Regulations (IWR) and internal procedures. * Prepare labor relations indicators reports and report incidents to area management. * Provide support and guidance to operational and supervisory staff on labor-related matters. * Coordinate with other HR departments for training, performance, and employee evaluations.
