




Position Summary: Supervise the store's overall operations, lead the team, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and adherence to operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and optimization of operational processes Supervise general operations across all store areas, serving as a role model for your team. Provide necessary direction and feedback to your direct reports to coordinate proper execution of store operational processes, foster an optimal work environment, and deliver excellent service to our customers. * Authorize damaged and non-damaged returns resulting from defective merchandise, incorrect employee recommendations, or catalog errors—always placing the customer first and ensuring their full satisfaction. * Ensure all parts and products are located in their designated store positions and that physical inventory matches system records by executing flawless weekly inventory maintenance tasks. * Supervise store operational activities, serving as a role model, and ensure employees provide customer consultation and utilize all available tools—including the electronic catalog and diagnostic and testing equipment provided by AutoZone—to deliver reliable advice and genuine solutions to our customers’ needs, while also helping prevent merchandise returns through this practice. * Identify subordinates’ strengths and areas for improvement to assign appropriate tasks, recognize strong performance, and provide feedback when identifying opportunities for improvement and training. * Supervise that all employees comply daily with their scheduled working hours and AutoZone’s dress code, interact with each other and our customers with the highest levels of respect, courtesy, and professionalism, and apply AutoZone’s guidelines and core values. * Review and analyze the Profit & Loss (P\&L) report periodically to identify cost-control opportunities and contribute to improving them by promoting a culture of savings across all controllable expenses within the team. * Assign and follow up on tasks for area supervisors—including planogram setup, merchandise placement, warehouse cleaning, restrooms, cafeteria, sales floor, parking lot—as well as reviewing the daily cash count for the main register, performing cash sweeps, and processing cash register closings for assigned staff in accordance with AutoZone’s established procedures. * Supervise and ensure employees use AutoZone-provided safety equipment—including back support belts, gloves, aprons, and safety glasses—when handling merchandise, conducting vehicle tests, or operating in-store test stations, thereby helping prevent workplace accidents and ensuring a safe environment for our employees. * High school diploma or equivalent * One to two years of experience as a supervisor in retail, warehouse, or store environments * Flexible availability for work schedule AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
