




**Location: Liverpool El Dorado** **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar positions (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Gastronomic Corner Supervisor). * Knowledge of standardized recipes, inventory management, and waste control. * Ability to lead teams, train, and motivate staff. * Focus on quality, cleanliness, customer service, and operational efficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support service execution and operational planning. * Monitor and reduce waste. * Supervise food production, preparation times, and dish presentation according to the established recipe book. * Plan daily/weekly production based on sales history. * Organize raw material storage and rotation.
