Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Coordinator to join our home improvement retail business, responsible for technical support, IT implementation, and equipment inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. First-level support for hardware and software anomalies. 2. Participation in the implementation of IT requirements. 3. Coordination and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance. Become part of our family as: **Systems Coordinator** **Required Skills** \* First-level support for any anomalies in computing equipment (HW) and various applications and software packages (SW). \* Participation in the implementation of IT requirements during store openings, renovations, and scheduled changes. \* Responsible for computing equipment inventory. Communicate best practices and proper usage of computing equipment to store users. \* Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance for computing equipment. Identify recurring failures and report them to your immediate supervisor for root-cause resolution. Experience in store-level support for point-of-sale systems, billing systems, and application support. \+ Retail schedule availability.
