Review and follow-up on collection of completed sales. Coordination and scheduling of orders together with various departments. Market opening and prospecting. Establishment of innovation processes that foster continuous improvement. Achievement of established sales targets. Sales Development Customer Service. Supervisory experience with sales teams Sales experience, preferably in lubricants Experience in Cambaceo Proven and successful experience managing remote work teams. General branch administration. Personnel management. Prior experience developing and implementing processes to drive results. Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and influence skills. Willingness to travel.
