Position Summary: Plan maintenance activities, supervise repairs, manage materials, and ensure optimal operation of the property and its equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic planning of preventive/predictive maintenance. 2. Supervision of repairs for agile and efficient service. 3. Optimization of resources and management of energy consumption. **Position Mission** --------------------- Plan preventive/predictive maintenance activities and supervise middle management in executing assigned corrective repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible, avoiding inconvenience to guests and/or colleagues at their workplace—both in guest rooms and public areas; likewise, determine procurement of necessary materials and supplies to implement the plan and issue corresponding work orders.
