




We are looking for Cooks Fine Dining Restaurant. This position is key to ensuring the preparation of high-quality food, following company standards, and providing an exceptional experience to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare food following company-standardized recipes and procedures. Maintain quality, presentation, and consistency of dishes. Operate industrial kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, ovens, etc.) safely and efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and organization in their workstation and kitchen areas. Control portions to avoid waste and meet established cost targets. Properly store ingredients and products according to hygiene regulations. Comply with food safety and health regulations. Support other kitchen areas when necessary, especially during peak demand periods. Requirements **Education:** Minimum secondary education completed (or equivalent). **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year as a cook or kitchen assistant, preferably in a fast-food or high-volume restaurant environment. **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency with industrial kitchen equipment. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. Ability to follow recipes and quality standards. **Additional skills:** Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Organization and attention to detail. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Commitment to punctuality and work quality.
