With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** Ensure the quality and safety of finished juices by performing physicochemical and organoleptic analyses, guaranteeing compliance with parameters established in internal and/or customer specifications. **Location:** Huichihuayán, S.L.P. **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or related field * Willingness to relocate **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform physicochemical and organoleptic analyses on raw materials, oils, juices, pulps, and washed peels to ensure parameters meet specifications for each monitoring point and production batch. * Verify and calibrate laboratory equipment using resources specified in procedures and maintain corresponding records to ensure compliance with standards. * Prepare, standardize, and identify reagents used for each physicochemical analysis according to manuals and instructions to ensure proper resource handling and delivery of reliable results. * Issue fruit defect alerts in the system following preliminary sampling of unloaded units to provide information to the Fruit Procurement department. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Knowledge of microbiology and metrology. **What We Offer:** Competitive salary. * Life insurance * Statutory benefits.
