**Job Title:** Shift Supervisor **Area:** Operations **Personnel in charge:** Operational cleaning staff (according to assigned area) **Position Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and control the operational activities of the team under supervision, ensuring compliance with processes, company policies, and quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Experience: At least 1 year in supervisory or operational leadership roles. * Knowledge: Operational processes, cleaning personnel management. * Skills: Proactivity, Personnel Attention, Leadership, Effective Communication, problem-solving, organization, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure. * Valid state driver's license type B (Desirable) * Ability to operate standard and automatic vehicles (Desirable) **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: 8-hour shifts.
