




Job Summary: A professional responsible for reviewing, entering, and validating cargo documentation, as well as providing customer service and continuously improving processes. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Review of cargo documentation. * Opening of references. * Entry of customs declarations (pedimentos). * Correction of errors indicated in official notices (glosas). * Validation of customs declarations (pedimentos). * Payment of customs declarations (pedimentos). * Compilation of case files. * Recording of information and documentation for expense accounts. * Providing customer service and tracking customers' operations. * Compliance with policies and objectives of the management system. * Reviewing, analyzing, and improving management system performance. * Implementing actions to improve the management system. SALARY * Monthly salary is determined during the interview based on the candidate's qualifications. JOB PROFILE * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and/or Customs or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE * Foreign Trade Law. * Current Customs Law. * Customs Law Regulations. * General knowledge of Terminals and Customs Facilities. * ● Customs Declaration System (RECO and/or CASA).
