Support on regulatory matters and record maintenance Review and monitor **compliance with applicable regulations and standards for products**, ensuring that documentation, labeling, and product specifications meet established requirements prior to importation or commercialization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review **product regulatory compliance** in accordance with applicable standards (NOMs, labeling, technical and commercial documentation). * Analyze product information such as technical data sheets, labels, photographs, and supporting documentation. * Validate that products comply with current regulatory requirements according to their classification. * Issue observations and recommendations arising from compliance reviews. * Follow up with customers and suppliers to correct observations. * Support the review of inspection reports focused on regulatory compliance. * Maintain updated compliance records and files. * Provide support to the operations team on regulatory matters. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Commerce, Logistics, or related field. * **Knowledge of applicable product regulations and standards** (NOMs, labeling, commercial information, non-tariff regulations). * **Basic English** (reading and writing emails and documentation). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). **Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Clear and professional communication. * Organization and follow-up.
