Position Summary: A customs brokerage agency seeks a Customs Declaration Entry Analyst to manage import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and extraction of information for the proforma customs declaration 2. Entry and transmission of customs declarations according to current regulations 3. Management of tariff classification and digitization of documents A customs brokerage agency with over 100 years in the market is currently expanding and seeking your talent as: * **CUSTOMS DECLARATION ENTRY ANALYST (CUSTOMS BROKERAGE AGENCY)** **Responsibilities:** * Receipt, analysis, and extraction of information from documentation submitted by the Customer Service Executive for preparation of the customs declaration proforma. * Entry into the company's designated customs declaration system of the proforma, based on the "Customs Declaration Filling Instructions" and current VOCE\-SAAI M3 technical registration guidelines for transmission. * Requests for tariff classification of goods with newly identified codes, providing the corresponding Tariff Fraction, taxes, tariff and non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Entry, generation, and transmission of the value certificate to VUCEM, in strict adherence to established guidelines. * Digitization and transmission of documents required to be attached to the customs declaration (E\-Documents) via the Single Window. * • Submission of proforma customs declaration review requests to the appraisal department (first and second appraisal) to identify potential errors generated during preparation, enabling correction prior to validation and submission to the authorities. * Generation of the validation file, identifying VOCE responses (errors, alerts, signature), and, where applicable, rectifying detected irregularities or applying the digital signature and recording the Acceptance Code in the customs declaration. * Correct integration of the electronic file associated with the customs declaration. **Requirements:** * Age 20–35 * Gender: Unrestricted * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customs Broker, Account Executive Assistant, or Customs Declaration Entry Clerk. * Desired knowledge of SIR system, customs declaration completion, and customs regimes. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $13,000\.00 gross * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Personal loans * Complimentary uniform Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
