




Objective: To effectively carry out inspections and reviews with authorities, prior inspections, and customs inspections, always seeking to safeguard the integrity of the goods, reporting any anomalies that arise. Releases and supervises the loading of goods onto vehicles for customs clearance. Activities: 1. Receiving and reviewing documents for dispatch. (Review the most important fields of the customs declaration form for awareness in case of a customs inspection). 2. Conduct prior inspections according to established procedures and as requested by the executive (for Import, Export, and Rail shipments). 3. Report the condition of the goods, shortages, overages, damages, or any other anomalies detected during inspections (customs inspection, prior inspection, among others). 4. Complete the prior inspection report according to the review results. 5. Supervise the loading of goods at the time of delivery to the route. 6. Carry out physical and document inspections jointly with customs personnel during customs inspections. 7. Supervise the consolidation or deconsolidation of cargo after customs clearance if the operation requires movement within or outside the facility. 8. Consult and apply the company's general policies and procedures. 9. Perform activities and provide evidence to meet certification requirements.
