Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning rooms, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, managing inventory, and addressing customer complaints to guarantee their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in the rooms 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their complaints 3. Guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety standards * Clean rooms in accordance with company policies and standards. * Always adhere to legal guidelines regarding occupational safety and hygiene. * Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Inspect rooms after guest check-out and report any damage or abnormal conditions to the supervisor. * Address customer complaints promptly and proactively to ensure full satisfaction. * Restock complimentary personal care items in rooms. * Ensure bed linens and towels are clean and properly organized, per instructions from the area supervisor. * Apply administrative control techniques to ensure safe handling of cleaning products. * Perform duties diligently and dedicatedly to improve customer relations .
