




Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician to administer, maintain, and provide support for computer equipment, network infrastructure, and email systems, as well as manage inventories and execute sales reports. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support 2. Preventive maintenance and warranty administration 3. Knowledge of networks and structured cabling **Responsibilities:** * Administer, maintain, and provide support for computer equipment and network infrastructure. * Configure and support email systems. * Provide on-site and/or remote technical support. * Maintain controls and safeguard inventories of supplies and licenses. * Validate data backups (Google Drive) * Plan and perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment * Administer warranties for computer equipment * Experience with Office suite * Knowledge of Structured Cabling and Networks * Installation of software and hardware **Execution of the company’s sales system reports** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Requirements** Minimum education: Higher education – Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field Age: between 23 and 35 years old Excellent service attitude Type of position: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
