Basic tool handling and electrical knowledge Job Objective Support the installation of solar panel systems, ensuring proper mounting, basic connections, and equipment operation, in compliance with the company’s established quality and safety standards. Duties and Responsibilities * Assist in on-site solar panel installation * Basic handling of manual and electric tools * Assist in basic electrical connections * Loading, unloading, and organizing materials * Working at heights following safety protocols * General on-site technical team support ***Candidate Profile*** **Education:** * Completed junior high school or high school (technical training in electricity, electromechanics, or related fields preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in solar panel or electrical installations. Knowledge and Skills * Basic tool handling * Basic electrical knowledge * Good physical condition * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Availability for fieldwork and working at heights Working Conditions * 100% field-based work * Constant physical effort * Exposure to weather conditions * Work at heights Schedule * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Sundays: Fixed day off. Economic Offer * Salary: $10,000 monthly * Productivity bonus: $1,000 monthly * Statutory benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Experience: * Solar panel installation: 1 year (Mandatory) * Blueprint reading: 1 year (Mandatory) * Working at heights: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
