We are looking for a dynamic and organized Inventory Assistant to support the control and verification of our inventory levels, ensuring the accurate physical representation of stock in our warehouse. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain order and safety in the warehouse, including material placement and arrangement. * Record material receipts and issuances, including invoice entry, transfers, and delivery notes. * Conduct and report inventory counts (daily, monthly, selective), as well as manage the Kardex and red-number reports. * Invoice entry, warehouse arrangement in synergy with the warehouse supervisor, transfers and outgoing delivery notes, labeling, inventory counts, Kardex, weekly progress report on arrangement and labeling, red-number report coordinated with the warehouse supervisor and sales staff, tickets for incorrect system entries or system failures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer equipment. * Problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and adherence to regulations and procedures. **We Offer:** * Starting base salary of $9,000 MXN * Standard statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth. * Uniforms. * Travel allowances, if applicable.
