




Position Summary: We are seeking an Application Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for internal and external users, providing support, issue resolution, and ticket tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer support and resolution of issues related to software applications 2. Tracking of support tickets and application development 3. Documentation of requests and solutions, and customer training Terminal Logistics is seeking an **APPLICATION SUPPORT AGENT**. **Work Location:** AIFA Airport. We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of information technology, application development, and support, who will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external users: * Customer support and issue resolution: Provide first-level support to customers using various software applications and programs; resolve first-tier issues or, when necessary, classify and route more complex requirements to the appropriate personnel. * Customer follow-up: Track support tickets or application development requests. * Properly document support requests and solutions. * Conduct scheduled demonstrations or training sessions for customers regarding relevant updates. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of application development and technical support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma; Technical degree in computing or related field; Incomplete Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems or related field; Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems or related field. * Availability to work flexible hours.
