We offer refrigerated transportation services with over 10 years of experience. **We are looking for:** Yard Supervisor **Position objective:** Supervise and coordinate yard operational activities, ensuring proper distribution, control, safety, and availability of units, as well as their readiness. Ensures compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations, optimizing time and resources. **Position requirements** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising yards, transportation logistics, or traffic coordination. * Knowledge of traffic and road safety regulations. * *Residence in Vargas, Veracruz, or nearby areas.* **Position responsibilities** **1.** Control entry and exit of transport units (Generate daily reports of unit movements). **2.** Coordinate with logistics, traffic, and maintenance departments. **3.** Verify the physical condition of units before departure. **4.** Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance of units. **5.** Coordinate shifts, breaks, and task assignments for yard personnel. **6.** Coordinate actions in response to incidents or emergencies in the yard. **7.** Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). **8.** Monitor compliance with industrial safety standards. **9.** Maintain records of available and inoperative units. **Benefits and additional perks** * Direct hiring * Weekly payroll payments * Statutory benefits * Life insurance **Location** Paso San Juan, Vargas, Veracruz Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Relocation required: * 91693, San Julián, Ver.: Ability to commute to work without issues or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site job
