In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between business and technical teams, analyzing and documenting requirements, validating data, and supporting the development of API\-driven enterprise systems that power Ria’s global money transfer operations. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high\-impact solutions that are reliable, scalable, and user\-friendly. **About This Role** This role will be responsible for: * Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements. * Analyzing existing systems and identifying opportunities for enhancements or redesign. * Collaborating closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure API specifications, integrations, and system data flows are properly defined and validated. * Designing and maintaining functional and technical specifications and system flow documentation. * Coordinating with development teams to implement new systems, upgrades, and integrations. * Supporting system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring ongoing system reliability. * Documenting systems and workflows, and delivering training to internal teams as needed. * Participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting release readiness activities through clear documentation and cross\-team coordination. * Staying current with emerging technologies and recommending solutions that improve our systems and processes. **Required Skills and Experience** * 5\+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar hybrid role. * Proven expertise in system analysis, design, and integration methodologies. * Strong understanding of software systems and integrations, including APIs, databases, and data flows between platforms. * Experience writing or reviewing API documentation (Postman, Swagger, or similar) and validating data using SQL queries. * Familiarity with tools for documentation, project management, and issue tracking (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Position Requirements** * Strong foundation in databases, APIs, and web application concepts. * Agile/SCRUM methodology experience preferred. * Excellent communication (written and verbal). * Motivated, detail\-oriented, and proactive. **Education Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent. * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). **Why This Role Matters** This is a hybrid technical and analytical position — ideal for professionals with a background in software development, QA, or systems integration who want to grow into a broader business\-technology role. **Equal Opportunity** Ria Money Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
