This role requires Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) coupled with the ability to navigate the complexities inherent in systems reliant on specialized hardware, high\-speed streaming data, and specialized frameworks like **NVIDIA DeepStream.** **Responsibilities:** **Agile Coaching and Facilitation** * Serve as the primary servant leader for one or more cross\-functional teams, coaching them in Agile principles, empirical process control, and self\-organization to maximize flow and delivery. * Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) efficiently, ensuring clear outcomes, minimal waste, and strong team engagement. * Actively identify, track, and remove organizational and technical impediments that block team progress, protecting the team from external distractions. * Drive team\-level metrics collection and analysis (e.g., burn\-down, velocity, cycle time, predictability) to promote continuous improvement and transparent reporting to stakeholders. **Specialized Impediment Management** * Work with Engineering or Product Owners to manage unique dependencies related to specialized technology like **NVIDIA GPUs** and the **DeepStream SDK**, ensuring hardware availability and specialized environment setups do not become bottlenecks. * Facilitate discussions around the integration challenges of high\-speed data streams and real\-time processing, helping the team break down features related to Trident storage or edge\-to\-cloud data integrity. * Understand the technical debt risks associated with tightly coupled hardware/software development and guide the team in prioritizing debt reduction alongside feature delivery. * Help the Product Owner manage the complexity of the backlog where requirements are tied to specific hardware capabilities or performance benchmarks. **Stakeholder Alignment** * Communicate transparently with stakeholders, product managers, and senior leadership regarding team status, risks, and forecasting, translating technical challenges into business impact. * Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Leads to address dependencies, synchronize efforts, and optimize the flow of value across multiple teams in a Scaled Agile environment (if applicable). **Qualifications** **Required Experience \& Technical Skills** * Minimum of **5\+ years** experience working as a Scrum Master, Team Coach, or Agile Facilitator in a software development environment. * Proven ability to successfully coach teams through process changes and significant scaling challenges. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority. * Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles, and how continuous integration applies to hardware\-dependent systems. **Preferred Skills \& Domain Knowledge (Highly Desired)** * **Familiarity with Computer Vision or real\-time streaming technology** (e.g., video processing, robotics, or high\-speed sensor data). * Working knowledge of the **NVIDIA software ecosystem** (DeepStream, CUDA, or similar GPGPU acceleration frameworks). * Experience facilitating teams that deal with **hardware/firmware integration, low\-latency requirements, and strict performance metrics** related to GPU utilization. * Experience managing projects involving specialized infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or storage solutions like **NVIDIA Trident.** **Additional Information** ***Perks you enjoy at KMS******Mexico*** * Mexican law benefits * 15 days of PTO (in year zero, from the first year onwards it is 3 days per year). * 5 days' leave for the death of immediate family members, negotiable. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance with coverage for immediate dependents (spouse and children). * Annual performance bonus (10% of annualized salary). * Annual salary adjustment. * Employee Referral Bonus. * Paid Certifications / Courses * Coursera License. * 5% Savings Fund. * 5% Grocery Vouchers.
