Leadership in staff training and continuous improvement · **Job Description** Ensure compliance with quality standards in the METALMECHANICAL / TEXTILE production area processes. Supervision, implementation of improvements, management of non-conformities, and leadership to guarantee processes. o Develop, implement, and supervise quality strategies to optimize processes and products. o Manage the quality system, ensuring compliance with industrial norms and standards. o Analyze metrics and statistical data for continuous improvement and defect reduction. o Supervise quality inspections and internal audits. o Coordinate response and follow-up of non-conformities, establishing corrective and preventive action plans. o Train and provide feedback to personnel under supervision on quality and process improvement topics. o Ensure proper application of quality control plans in production. o Maintain effective communication with other departments to align quality strategies with production and engineering. · **Requirements:** o **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Administration, Manufacturing, Materials, or related fields. o **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in quality management, ISO\-9001\-2015 · **Requirements:** o **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Administration, Manufacturing, Materials, or related fields. o **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in quality management · **Knowledge and Tools:** o ISO 9001 quality standards — MANDATORY o Interpretation of technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. o Use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). o Advanced proficiency in Office Suite and quality control software. · **Skills:** o Leadership and team management. o Strategic thinking and decision-making. o Critical analysis and problem-solving. o Effective communication and teamwork. o Proactivity and results orientation. · **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturdays, 08:00–14:00 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
