We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to support the company’s vehicle transaction documentation and operational control. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, review, and organize vehicle documentation. * Verify that documents are complete and valid. * Digitize, scan, and maintain up-to-date fleet archives. * Enter information into internal systems. * Compile completed transaction files and deliver documentation to respective departments. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical administrative studies preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or archiving activities. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hours; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hours
