Coordinate, maintain, and improve the organization’s Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, ensuring compliance with system requirements, proper document control, execution of internal audits, and follow-up on corrective actions to promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** * Document control: updating the quality policy; controlling procedures, instructions, and forms; maintaining the master list of documents; analyzing the organizational context and its stakeholders; and eliminating obsolete documents. * Indicators and monitoring: monitoring KPIs by process; tracking quality objectives; and analyzing results for Management Review. * Complaints and nonconformities: receiving, recording, and classifying complaints; assigning reference numbers and responsible personnel; issuing acknowledgment to customers; performing root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto); defining immediate and corrective actions; following up on implementation and collecting evidence; verifying effectiveness and formal closure; and updating the Nonconformity and CAPA/CAPA matrix. * Trend analysis: conducted quarterly; identifying risks and opportunities; updating the risk matrix; and verifying the effectiveness of controls. * Internal audits: developing the annual audit program; executing audits and preparing reports; and following up on findings. * First-, second-, and third-party audits: coordinating and preparing evidence; accompanying the team during audits; and closing out findings. * Training: onboarding for new hires; periodic awareness training for the team; and training on complaint and nonconformity management. * Management Review: preparing the annual report; and drafting meeting minutes with improvement commitments. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality management. * Experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001–based systems. * Experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions. * Ability to interpret ISO 9001 standard requirements. * Document control of the quality management system. * Management of nonconformities and corrective actions. * Continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA cycle). * Performance indicator management. * Risk-based approach. * Certification as an internal auditor or lead auditor for ISO 9001. * Experience in certification or recertification processes. * Knowledge of complementary standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. * Familiarity with quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA). * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or quality management software. **WHERE YOU’LL WORK:** **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:** * Significant **work-life flexibility** * Being surrounded by a **diverse**, collaborative, and committed team focused on achieving company goals. * Being rewarded for your contributions with a specific **annual company bonus** and **annual salary reviews** * Competitive salaries and benefits Univar Solutions is a global leader in the distribution of chemicals and ingredients **essential to the safety, health, and well-being of our daily lives,** from life-saving medicines and vitamins to hand sanitizers and industrial materials used in cleaning, construction, and much more.
