We are looking for your talent as a **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN at La Isla Mérida** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. * Repair electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment systems. * Record activities and comply with safety protocols. * Respond promptly and effectively to internal fault reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance. * Education: Completed high school diploma (certificate) or higher. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of safety protocols. * Knowledge of electrical, finishing, plumbing/hydrosanitary, or air conditioning systems. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $11,300 monthly gross (before taxes). * 10% savings fund. * 30-day Christmas bonus. * 35% vacation bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Restaurant vouchers. * Life insurance. * Complimentary uniforms.
