Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Leader with experience in Back-End development to coordinate teams, implement agile methodologies, and provide support for technology projects. Development and maintenance of efficient and scalable Back-End services We are looking for a Technical Project Leader with solid experience in Back-End development, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, implementing agile methodologies, and providing technical support during the execution of high-impact technology projects. **Job Objective** * Lead and coordinate technology projects applying agile methodologies (Scrum). * Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of objectives. * Provide technical support, guide architecture decisions, and assist the Back-End development team. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and represent the team in project planning and execution. * Define and monitor budgets, resources, deliverables, and timelines. * Develop and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable Back-End services. * Design, document, and implement RESTful APIs. * Integrate cloud-based services: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions), GCP, and Azure. * Participate across the entire development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Apply best practices: clean code, modularity, testing, and CI/CD. * Collaborate with the Front-End team for effective integrations. * Optimize resources and costs, and minimize risks jointly with management. * Participate in code reviews and foster continuous improvement. * Manage risks and contingency plans. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience coordinating technology projects and software development. * Certification or advanced knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies. * Solid Back-End knowledge (Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or others). * Experience in software architecture and development best practices. * Experience with cloud services: GCP, Firebase, and Azure. * Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or others). * Technical capability to support programming teams. **Key Skills** * Technical and strategic leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills. * Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Organizational skills and strategic vision in project management.
