Opportunity for career growth and job stability **Job Objective** ----------------------- Prepare, analyze, and control private civil works budgets, ensuring accurate integration of unit prices, direct and indirect costs, as well as updating the item catalog according to market conditions. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Degree holder or candidate) **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years as a Cost Analyst in private civil works. * Proven experience in preparing executive budgets. * Experience in analysis and preparation of unit prices. **Mandatory:** * Own price catalog or proven experience in developing and updating item catalogs. * Proficiency in unit pricing (direct costs, indirect costs, financing, and profit). **Technical Knowledge:** * Preparation of baseline and comparative budgets. * Productivity analysis. * Integration of generators. * Budgetary control. * Interpretation of structural and architectural drawings. **Software:** * Neodata / Opus (mandatory) * Advanced Excel * AutoCAD (basic–intermediate) **️ Main Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Preparation and integration of private civil works budgets. * Development and updating of the catalog of items and unit prices. * Analysis of direct and indirect costs. * Preparation of unit price matrices. * Supplier and subcontractor price comparisons. * Budgetary control and monitoring during project execution. * Technical support for tenders and economic proposals. **Competencies** ---------------- * Numerical analysis * Attention to detail * Planning and organization * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for growth
