The ideal candidate will be a mentor, facilitator, and agent of change, responsible for guiding and improving our teams and leaders in adopting and maturing Agile mindset and practices. Their primary objective will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer value delivery, ensuring that Agile principles are lived and applied across the organization. **Requirements and Experience**: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * More than 5 years of experience working in Agile environments in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Developer. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Agile Coach, working directly with multiple teams and leadership. * Practical and in-depth experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and preferably scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). **Skills and Knowledge:** * Mastery of the principles of the Agile Manifesto and its values. * Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences (from technical teams to senior leadership). * Strong interpersonal, active listening, and empathetic skills. * Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflicts. * Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) and collaboration tools (Miro, Confluence). **Certifications (Desirable):** * Recognized Agile coaching certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). * Advanced Scrum certifications, such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master II/III (PSM II/III) from Scrum.org.
