Prepare and deliver reports. Track data entry into relevant platforms. Support district sales staff in handling calls related to the company’s service program, existing products and services, and assist appropriately in resolving issues. Propose solutions during design reviews, new applications, startups, and evaluations. Support critical products and services, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot problems. Manage inventories of chemicals, reagents, and materials. Communicate and implement the six on-site service standards with all customers. **Position Details:** The candidate must reside in: Tierra Blanca, Veracruz or nearby locations. Your coverage area includes: Tierra Blanca, Veracruz (possibility of supporting other territories). Willingness to travel within the region. This position requires successful completion of a XX-week field and classroom training program to maintain employment. **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, or related field. 2 years’ experience in water treatment, physicochemical systems, reverse osmosis, cooling towers, boilers, industrial-level customer service, minor maintenance of dosing equipment (preventive and corrective), minor maintenance of valves, pumps, etc., installation of dosing lines, and basic tool knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a standard vehicle. **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to access and feel comfortable working under a variety of conditions and capable of performing essential job functions. **Preferred Requirements:** Ability to lift and move 20 kg drums and barrels.
