




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in commodity classification, review of tariff classifications, customer service, and regulatory compliance in international trade. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade 2. Tariff classification and regulatory compliance 3. Customs advisory services to clients Age: 25–45 years old Experience: Minimum 5 years in the field * Commodity classification within the TIGIE (General Import and Export Tax Tariff). * Review of tariff classifications under RRNA (Reglamento de la Ley Aduanera). * Review of commodity descriptions. * Review of commercial information labels. * Review of certificates of origin. * Customer service regarding tariff classifications. * Submission of Rule 8th requests on behalf of clients (Economy Ministry permits). * Review of labels for commodities. * Review of prior submissions in any system. * Resolution of legal and operational queries related to customs entries. * Delivery of refresher courses for Customs Entry Clerks and Import/Export Executives. * Tariff classification with corresponding NICOS (Nomenclature for Import and Export Commodities) for imported and exported goods. * Verification of application and compliance, where applicable, of non-tariff restrictions and regulations (permits, automatic notifications, Mexican Official Standards, Ministry of Economy, Health, COFERPRIS, etc.), as well as knowledge of international treaties and agreements to which Mexico is a party. * Review of FA (Formalization Annex) in EUR1 certificates, review of certificates of origin, ALADI, etc. * Advisory services to clients regarding customs clearance of goods, related to customs matters (legislative, RANNAs). * Communication/review of Rule 8th to ensure its proper implementation and compliance. * Review of prior submissions.
