Job Summary: We are seeking a Click & Collect assistant to manage inventory, transfer merchandise, and provide personalized in-store and online customer service and consultation. Key Highlights: 1. In-store and e-commerce customer service. 2. Inventory and Click & Collect order management. 3. Personalized consultation on promotions and deliveries. JOB DESCRIPTION Locating and picking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper item segregation in the Click \& Collect warehouse. Assisting with merchandise transfer requests to the store where the customer wishes to pick up their order. Supporting e-commerce customers, ensuring compliance with service protocols. Serving as the primary in-store contact point and ensuring timely handling of customer complaints and inquiries, resolving them ethically. Providing personalized consultation on promotions, offers, and delivery timelines to customers who request it for online purchases. REQUIREMENTS **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Prior experience in customer service, retail floor operations, warehouse, logistics, or similar roles. * Strong verbal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Basic computer and/or mobile device proficiency. * Ability to organize merchandise and track orders. * Attention to detail and sense of urgency. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off. * Willingness to commute to the work location. * Professional appearance and courteous customer interaction. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet operational objectives. **DRESS CODE:** * Tailored suit or formal attire in dark tones. * White shirt or blouse. * Black shoes. * Formal and executive appearance.
