Contribute to and collaborate in the implementation of Quality Management Systems by defining business objectives with your team to monitor performance compliance and evaluations within the department. Monitor inventory levels and reliability of the assigned area through maintenance control of facilities, equipment, tools, and processes within the warehouse, aiming to ensure and maintain the cold chain to safeguard operational assets. Identify improvement opportunities within warehouse operations by analyzing trends, variations, performance metrics, and process efficiencies, with the objective of defining and implementing improvement strategies that document and ensure necessary controls. Lead and audit cyclic, weekly, and monthly inventory counts for inventory control and shrinkage reduction, through inventory and process adjustments/analysis in the department, aiming to develop an action plan that mitigates identified issues.
