Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience Valid documentation Professional appearance Job Responsibilities Operator assistance. Receiving route support documents for pickup and delivery (tickets). Sending daily scanned copies of route support documents. Entering trips into Gm Transport daily. Preparing CPs for shuttle departure to customs and receiving daily support documents. Receiving documentation from delivery units (documentation, DEXs, cash or settlements). Organizing documentary support (physical and digital) for each trip for immediate handover to the billing department. Validating toll booth tickets, fuel vouchers, and expense invoices, and performing the corresponding trip settlement. Recording trip completion in the system once successful delivery of the order is confirmed.
