Development of leadership and product creativity skills **BAKERY RESPONSIBLE** **Job Profile:** **Bakery Assistant\- Nata Cafetería®** **Position:** Bakery Responsible **Schedule:** Rotating Job Objectives: Assist in producing artisanal and traditional bakery products from the Nata Cafetería® menu *.* Responsible for mixing ingredients, baking breads, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other pastry products according to recipes. **Main Responsibilities** Follow standardized recipes and defined portion sizes. Verify ingredient and finished product quality. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, utensils, and equipment. Correctly label products. Report losses, incidents, or deviations. **Job Requirements** High school diploma or technical degree in Bakery, Gastronomy, or related field. Training in Good Manufacturing Practices or Mexican Official Standards (desirable). Minimum 6 months of experience in the field (internships count). Availability for rotating shifts. **Job Skills** Leadership and ability to coordinate the pastry team. Attention to detail regarding pies and cakes. Creativity skills in product development. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a team. Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Operation of machinery used in product preparation.
