




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to design comprehensive electronic security solutions, conduct requirements gathering, and perform technical validation of proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of comprehensive electronic security solutions. 2. Accompanying sales representatives on technical visits and presentations. 3. Continuous updating of the solutions portfolio. A leading Mexican company in technology integration, electronic cybersecurity, and cutting-edge automation services is currently seeking: PRE-SALES ENGINEER Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related field. Intermediate technical English (reading technical datasheets, trainings). Desired Specializations: * Electronic and physical security * Security systems integration * Network infrastructure for video and access control Desired Certifications (based on portfolio): * CCTV / IP Video (Axis, Hikvision, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, etc.) * Access Control (Lenel, HID, Suprema, Honeywell) * Intrusion and alarm systems * PSIM / VMS * Networking (CCNA or equivalent) * Standards compliance (NFPA, TIA, ONVIF – desirable) Key Technical Knowledge * Analog and IP CCTV, video analytics, LPR, facial recognition. * Access control (biometrics, cards, mobile devices). * Intrusion and detection systems. * Systems integration (VMS, PSIM, BMS). * Network architectures (LAN, VLAN, PoE, bandwidth). * Sizing of servers, storage, and licensing. * Physical and electronic security standards. * Preparation of diagrams, technical reports, and scope definitions. Functions and Responsibilities Technical * Gathering of customer’s technical and operational requirements. * Design of comprehensive electronic security solutions. * Preparation of architectures, diagrams, and technical reports. * Capacity calculations (cameras, storage, network, licenses). * Technical validation of proposals prior to closing. Commercial (in collaboration with Sales) * Accompanying sales representatives on technical visits and presentations. * Conducting demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) tests. * Supporting tenders, RFPs, and technical committees. * Providing technical–economic justification for proposed solutions. Internal * Ensuring smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. * Preventing post-sale technical deviations and scope rework. * Continuous updating of the solutions portfolio.
