Position Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to provide system support for a customs brokerage agency, developing and maintaining desktop and web applications. Key Highlights: 1. System support and application development. 2. Problem resolution and continuous system improvement. 3. Development with C# and .NET. **Technical Profile:** * Minimum **1–2 years of experience in a customs brokerage agency**, providing system support for customs entry filing, pre-validation, and expense account generation * Proficiency in programming languages for desktop, web, and service application development * **C# (mandatory) and .NET (mandatory)** * **Proficiency in SQL Server databases** **Responsibilities:** * Provide support for applications developed and implemented within the company * Address user requests, incidents, or requirements * Monitor proper system operation * Analyze and effectively resolve support issues across various applications used by the company * Program adjustments, maintenance tasks, or enhancements for developed and implemented systems * Document applications, support tasks, or system changes **Requirements:** * Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues * Skill in implementing effective solutions * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Salary: $18,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
