Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability across our projects. **Key Responsibilities*** Supervise the execution, testing, and commissioning of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process systems**. * Ensure the application of **quality, health, safety (HSE),** and environmental standards across all field activities. * Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and construction procedures. * Review technical documentation (drawings, single-line diagrams, isometrics, specifications) and validate correct implementation. * Monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and procurement. * Participate in the validation of **pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover** of MEP systems. * Prepare technical reports, progress tracking, and project closeout documentation. **What You’ll Bring*** Technical leadership and results-driven mindset within complex industrial environments. * Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines under EPC or EPCM delivery models. * Commitment to safety, integrity, and technical excellence. * Adaptability to work in multicultural teams and dynamic environments. **✅** **Mandatory Requirements*** Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * **Minimum of 7 years’ experience** in MEP construction supervision within industrial plants (preferably breweries, food or beverage facilities). * Strong experience in **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installations**. * Knowledge of applicable standards: **NOM, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, API**. * Proven experience with **contractors, QA/QC, and industrial safety**. * **Availability to work 100% on-site in Veracruz.** **Ideally*** Experience in **sanitary installations for food-grade or pharmaceutical applications** (stainless steel, clean utilities, clean rooms). * Familiarity with **BIM, Navisworks,** or similar tools for interdisciplinary coordination. * Intermediate to advanced technical English proficiency. * Prior experience with **EPC or EPCM companies**. **Education, Qualifications, and Training*** Professional degree and license in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related discipline. * Courses or certifications in **HSE, QA/QC, industrial construction supervision, or project management** (desirable). * Certification in **Project Management (PMI or equivalent)** will be considered a plus. Work Mode: On-site, in-person Contract Type: 3-month fixed term.
