We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while also helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today.**Purpose** Provide technical\-operational support in planning, monitoring, and control processes for projects within the assigned area, ensuring efficient and timely execution of scheduled activities in alignment with project strategy and objectives. **Key Responsibilities*** Assist the Senior Planner in comprehensive project planning, contributing to the development, updating, and control of schedules (**Primavera P6 or equivalent).** * Record activities, physical progress, and resources in project management platforms. * Support validation of technical information with Project Managers and Senior Planners to ensure accurate reporting. * Monitor project progress and resource utilization, issuing alerts for deviations. * Participate in performance analysis and propose corrective actions. * Prepare and update key technical documentation and site layouts. * Produce periodic deliverables such as schedules, S\-curves, histograms, and progress reports. * Support the organization of planning meetings (presentations, minutes, materials). * Collaborate with the Lean Construction team to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. **What You’ll Bring*** Basic proficiency in planning tools (**Primavera P6 or MS Project)**. * Advanced Excel skills for analysis, charts, and tracking dashboards. * Strong attention to detail, technical discipline, and synthesis capability. * Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive attitude, results\-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn. **✅** **Mandatory Requirements*** Minimum of **3** **years of experience** in planning or industrial project control. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and basic knowledge of **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**. * Availability to work on\-site under a full\-time in\-person arrangement. * Residing in Veracruz Puerto, Boca del Río, Vargas. * **Ideally** * Prior experience in industrial projects under EPC or similar models. * Intermediate English (technical reading and basic communication skills). * Knowledge of Lean Construction methodologies. * Experience in developing layouts and managing technical documentation. **Education, Qualifications, Certification, Training*** Academic background: **Bachelor's degree holder** in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Certifications in project management or planning tools (desirable). Work mode: On\-site, in\-person Contract type: 3\-month fixed term. After this period, possible assignment to a specific\-project contract **Location: Veracruz, Veracruz.
