We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Purpose** ------------- Serve as the on-site Human Resources representative, acting as a strategic business partner to ensure effective execution of key talent management, labor relations, compensation, payroll, and organizational development processes. This position ensures alignment of HR initiatives with project objectives, promoting operational efficiency, legal compliance, and a healthy work environment. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Coordinate and supervise the complete payroll process, including incidents, validation, and closing. * Generate management reports for local offices and project leaders. * Design and implement Human Resources policies and procedures aligned with regulations and best practices. * Execute field recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding of technical and administrative personnel. * Identify training needs, design training plans, and ensure legal and operational compliance. * Manage offboarding processes, including request and follow-up of final settlements and liquidations. * Prepare and monitor assignment letters for personnel located on site. * Coordinate integration events, employee engagement initiatives, and cultural strengthening actions. * Provide guidance and support during the annual performance evaluation process. **What You’ll Bring** ------------------ * Solid experience in industrial environments (construction, energy, engineering, oil \& gas). * Ability to autonomously manage field operations and communicate effectively with different organizational levels. * Operational expertise in HR processes (personnel administration, payroll, labor relations). * Strategic vision and ability to implement continuous improvements in HR processes. * Focus on compliance, organization, and documentation. **✅** **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------------- * Minimum of **10 years** of experience in generalist Human Resources roles. * Strong knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law** and applicable regulations. * Experience in payroll management, training, and personnel administration. * Intermediate level of English (minimum 70%). * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * **Ideally** * Prior experience in large infrastructure or energy projects. * Knowledge of analysis and tracking of **HR KPIs**. * Familiarity with human resources management systems (ERP, SAP, etc.). * Experience managing teams or leading multi-location processes. * Knowledge of Training and its legal requirements. * Experience in the construction, engineering, or related sectors. * Knowledge in Personnel Administration. * Knowledge in Compensation and Benefits. * Skills in Payroll Preparation and Review. **Education, Qualifications, Certification, Training** ------------------------------------------------------- * **Bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Complementary training in Labor Legislation, Organizational Development, or Talent Management is desirable. Work Mode: On-site, in-person Contract Type: 3-month fixed-term contract. After this period, possible assignment to a specific-project contract.
