




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform administrative activities such as invoicing, cash handling, supplier interaction, procurement, and general support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in administrative activities and interaction with suppliers. 2. Management of invoicing, cash, procurement, and quotations. 3. Support in various administrative and operational tasks. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Valid INE / NSS / Updated Tax Status Certificate. * **PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATES OR LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION FROM PREVIOUS JOBS.** * Prior experience in the field. * Basic knowledge of EXCEL. Responsibilities: * Invoicing and invoice control. * Loading and unloading of goods. * Cash handling and reconciliation. * Interaction with suppliers. * Quotations. * Procurement. * Receipt and delivery of goods. * Expense verification. * Submitting procurement requests. * Supporting other administrative tasks.
