Technical Skills Handling laboratory equipment and materials, as well as analytical instrumentation and automated systems.*Summary* Performs sampling and analysis activities based on scientific principles contained in instructions and technical bibliographic references through chemical, microbiological, physicochemical, and sensory tests, ensuring traceability of measurements on the product to obtain either qualitative or quantitative results within beer manufacturing processes, brewing support services, packaging, process water treatment, utilities, wastewater, and any area requiring such services.*Responsibilities* 1 Conducts sampling and analysis in production areas (manufacturing packaging, brewing, water treatment, and auxiliary and utility services) according to frequencies established in quality and food safety plans designed within the Integrated Management System, adhering to standards to ensure quality and safety of in-process and finished products. 2 Reports any deviation or out-of-specification data regarding quality or safety at each stage of the process to relevant departments, subsequently recording it in SAP to prevent or reduce the risk of producing non-conforming product outside quality and safety standards. 3 Performs calibration and/or verification of automated monitoring and measurement equipment in the laboratory and on production lines (brewing, packaging, water treatment), innovation and development, supplier development, according to frequencies specified in documents within the Integrated Management System, ensuring proper operation and reliability of obtained results. 4 Executes material releases together with team leaders for raw materials, direct and indirect auxiliary materials, and in-process beer by changing material status (from quality control to free use) in SAP to ensure all materials meet established quality and safety standards for each process stage. 5 Timely enters into SAP the results of measurements defined in procedures for quality and safety parameters to maintain control over equipment efficiency and quality in process areas and contribute data enabling finished product release. 6 Conducts test activities within brewing and packaging processes upon request from departments, generating reports of analysis results (physical, physicochemical, chemical, microbiological, or sensory) for specific industrial trials or as required for improvement or change. 7 Administers and executes MRP (Material Requirements Planning), running the program in SAP to identify material needs, automatically generate purchase requests, and ensure supply of consumables to maintain continuity of departmental analysis and sampling operations. 8 Executes, records, and reports in SAP measurements and adjustments to bench and field monitoring and measurement equipment (M&ME) involved throughout the production process, providing service to packaging production, brewing production, water treatment, auxiliary and utility services, Quality Assurance, supplier development, and ITDC, ensuring calibration and reliability according to preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs documented in SAP. Additionally, reports and requests review and/or maintenance services for M&ME and department infrastructure when scope exceeds internal responsibilities. 9 Manages corrective/preventive maintenance and calibration services with external providers to maintain equipment condition and result reliability. 10 Prepares statistical process performance reports to provide visibility into quality results across different areas using information control tools such as SAP. 11 Manages maintenance and compliance with the organization's Integrated Management Systems, along with documentation requirements, to ensure process quality.
