You will be responsible for real-time supervision of field routes, vehicles, and personnel using advanced technological platforms, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with protocols. **Job Objective** Ensure proper operation and tracking of vehicles and personnel through geolocation and monitoring systems, providing timely information for strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor vehicles and operational personnel in real time using GPS systems. * Identify and manage alerts, route deviations, and operational incidents. * Generate periodic reports on routes, response times, alerts, and protocol compliance. * Propose continuous improvements to monitoring processes to enhance security. * Immediately report any anomalies to the corresponding operational departments. * Maintain up-to-date geolocation systems, databases, and tools. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (technical or related bachelor’s degree preferred). * **Experience:** 2 years in GPS monitoring, traffic control, logistics, or related fields. * Proficiency in GPS systems, monitoring platforms, and specialized software. * Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel and Word). * Ability to work under pressure and make real-time decisions. * Availability for rotating shifts and/or 24/7 schedule\. **Key Skills** * Attention to detail and information analysis. * Clear and effective communication. * Critical thinking and problem-solving. * Commitment to security and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training and internal certifications. * Real opportunities for growth within the corporation. * Professional, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. **Apply now and join our team** If you are passionate about operational control, dedicated to security, and enthusiastic about technology, this opportunity is for you!
