We are seeking a Process Analyst to support the following activities: * Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for improved processes (e.g., cycle time, cost per operation, error rate). * Support the Manager in documenting detailed procedures and business rules of the processes. * Generate periodic reports and dashboards showing the impact of improvement initiatives. * Support the team in identifying the root cause of process failures using statistical data. REQUIREMENTS: * 2 years of Business Analysis experience. * Experience in Business Intelligence. * Power BI. * Focus on quality/processes. * Tableau.
